I got this pillow in an effort to address neck and upper back/shoulder issues I kept waking up with in the mornings being in my early 40s. Beyond the quality and care in how it was constructed and shipped, I love the varying edge thicknesses for flexibility in fit for sleeping. It helps to nestle my neck in at the right height based on which side feels best for me at the time with a simple flip of the pillow, depending on what sided I wish to use. It also seems to help keep me positioned better throughout the night. Based on around 3 weeks of use, my neck pain and issues have significantly decreased. I would not say this will solve all your problems but it will help with neck/upper back issues from sleeping. At least it seems to have based on my use. Even though this orthopedic neck pillow is an expensive pillow, I also like that I was able to get a discounted version due to supposedly some minor imperfection in look but i could literally find nothing wrong on mine. It is not an adjustable pillow unless you know how to take out stitching and re-stitch it, but so far it has been working great for me in my 3 weeks of use.

This is my second purchase of the pillow covers. I also have the comforter. These products are great. Stumbled across the factory driving through several years ago. Always happy with their well made products.

They are good quality cotton and fit well on my odd sized Tempur-pedic pillows

I love that these covers fit just right on my standard pillow and my queen pillow ie no excess fabric. Zipper is very convenient and they are so soft and silky that you could use it as a regular pillow case
