We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return most items* in new, unused, original condition within 30 days of your delivery date. Simply contact us for a return authorization number, then return the item in the original packaging with product tags intact. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we’ll need photos and an explanation of the problem to determine whether it’s eligible for a refund or replacement. Note, wool carries the mild natural scent of lanolin; this is not considered a defect.
All returns are inspected. In the case of defect, damage, or receipt of the wrong item, once we verify the issue, we’ll process a refund along with a credit for return shipping. With all items, if after inspection we determine your item doesn’t qualify for a refund, you have 30 days to choose to have it shipped back to you at your expense.
