Natural Pet Beds

  • Our new pet bed was redesigned with your pets happiness and comfort in mind!

Our pet beds are part of our ReKindle program, created using 5" - 9" wide strips of our leftover wool moisture barrier stitched together to create a pieced fabric. This product efficiently utilizes materials left over from the production of our larger items, in keeping with our zero-waste philosophy.

Each pet bed is filled with a generous amount of GOTS Certified Organic Cotton batting. The batting will slightly settle overtime, allowing your pet to create their perfect burrow.

Order with or without a zippered cover made from organic cotton canvas. Cover zips around three sides for easy on and off.

Please allow a lead time of up to 1 to 2 weeks for production.

This item is considered a custom item, and is therefore not eligible for return. Read our full return policy.

This product ships in a sturdy cardboard box secured with paper tape. We don't use plastic wrap or synthetic packing materials in the box. If you'd like a little extra protection, you can request your product be placed inside a biodegradable bag before boxing.

Our cotton is grown in India, then milled and finished in a GOTS-certified facility in Pakistan. Never bleached or dyed, our fabric is naturally soft and durable - And it's all certified 100% organic.

We offer a pristine natural wool sourced from a co-op of small sheep farmers in the western US, and a GOTS-certified organic option from New Zealand. None of our wool is ever carbonized or bleached, and sheep dipping is never practiced.

  • Sunning periodically will refresh and revitalize the wool. Pet bed is spot clean only. Zippered cover is machine washable in cold water, line dry or tumble dry low.

The scent of wool- Our wool, both natural and organic, is cleaned and processed naturally without the use of harsh chemicals. That's why you may notice the mild sweet scent of sunny farm pastures when you receive your new wool product. The wool retains 1% of the naturally occurring lanolin oil, which helps condition the fibers and keep them fluffy and soft for years to come. Most customers find the scent dissipates within a few days.

Pet Bed (Large)

My German Shepherd loves this bed! Unfortunately, my small dog liked it too and kept stealing! Just ordered the small bed for her.

We've ordered two (1 small & 1 large) and are about to order a 3rd for our upstairs. I like that they are made using remnants--makes me feel slightly better about indulging in premium eco wool pet beds. Ours looked exactly like the pictures above. If you are considering, be sure to check out the measurements. Our 20lb bichon will lie on the small size but prefers the large. These aren't springy beds like the ones in the pet store made of fiber fill. The large is heavy and dense feeling. We've had no issue with compression or losing shape as with store beds. We've washed the covers and they don't shrink (following washing instructions). Also, visitors have used them as floor sitting cushions, which made me smile.

Too small Too fat

The small bed is so small my 20lb Westie would not fit on it. It is overstuffed and lumpy. Certainly Not comfortable. I knew my dog would never get on it so I sent it right back.
Overpriced and unusable.
