Make your baby's crib a safe, chemical-free haven with Soaring Heart's 100% organic crib mattress.Each mattress is made by hand in Washington state. Crafted from the finest materials, organic latex, organic wool, and organic cotton, these mattresses will keep your baby as healthy as they are comfortable
These crib mattresses are made of extra firm latex that safely supports your baby and contain absolutely no chemical fire retardants. Crib mattresses are designed for a slatted crib. They have passed all flame retardants laws using a proprietary needle punched wool.
Allow 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.
You may notice flecks of natural color in the canvas covering your new mattress. Like all our raw materials, this fabric is untreated and undyed, so you're seeing it in its pristine natural state.
For extra protection, this item arrives wrapped in plastic upcycled from our supply chain. Mattress carries a 20% restocking fee if cancelled, and cannot be returned per our refund policy.

Crib mattresses are 285/8" x 523/8" x 31/2" and fit all standard cribs.

Our GOLS-certified and FSC-certified Dunlop Latex is made from pure rubber tree sap. The organic wool is selected from only the finest sheep farms in New Zealand. The cotton canvas is organically grown on GOTS-certified fields in Pakistan. Nothing but good, honest organic materials provided by good, honest people.
- Caring for a Soaring Heart Organic Latex Mattress is easy.
- Keep your mattress on a slatted crib frame off the ground. This provides proper ventilation, stopping moisture buildup.
- Flip your mattress monthly.
- Always use a mattress protector to protect the mattress from body moisture, spills and accidents. You can clean a mattress protector, but you can't clean a mattress. To preserve and extend the life of your crib mattress and keep your warranty valid, use our Puddle Pads for extra protection.
- Please note that the cotton encasement of our mattress is a part of the mattress: it is not a removable cover, and should not be washed.

Wool is temperature regulating and can absorb moisture and transport it away from the body, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Wool is naturally mildew & dust mite resistant because of tiny bulbs on the fibers - making it an excellent hypoallergenic material.
Wool is fire-resistant, requiring a very high ignition temperature and large amounts of oxygen to burn.
Wool is biodegradable! This makes our wool & cotton products fully compostable at the end of their life, leaving no waste behind!
