SHIPPING & RETURNS
Most orders ship free within the continental U.S. within 1-5 days. Contact us for expedited shipping options. The majority of products ship via UPS Ground. Shipment via USPS Priority Mail is available on some items. Special shipping rates apply for items shipped beyond the mainland United States. Foundation and bed frame shipping rates listed below. The Shepherd's Dream all-wool mattress ships via FedEx, signature required.
(A note about packaging: With the exception of mattresses and toppers, our products ship without the use of plastic wrap in the shipping carton. If you would like a little extra protection, you can request your items be placed in a biodegradable bag. Contact us to request special packaging.)
International Shipments - Choose shipping method at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. For orders to Canada, we include appropriate NAFTA Certificate of Origin documents for items we manufacture.
White-Glove Delivery - Available for Soaring Heart certified organic latex mattresses and shikibuton for an added cost of $150 per item. Includes delivery into room and removal of shipping debris.
Full-Service Delivery - Included with WJ Southard mattresses and foundation. Includes delivery into room and removal of shipping debris.

Pacific Rim Bed Frames and Furniture - $150 Twin/TwinXL sizes and nightstands, all other sizes and dressers $200
We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return items* in new, unused, original condition within 30 days of your delivery date. Simply contact us for a return authorization number, then return the item in the original packaging with product tags intact. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we’ll need photos and an explanation of the problem to determine whether it’s eligible for a refund or replacement. Note, wool carries the mild natural scent of lanolin; this is not considered a defect.
All returns are inspected. In the case of defect, damage, or receipt of the wrong item, once we verify the issue, we’ll process a refund along with a credit for return shipping. With all items, if after inspection we determine your item doesn’t qualify for a refund, you have 30 days to choose to have it shipped back to you at your expense.
