Methods of Payment

You can easily order and pay online using our shopping cart provided by PayPal. All major credit cards are accepting as well as debit cards with a Visa logo. For more information about PayPal's security policies, please see the About PayPal section below. If you want to pay for your order by certified check, personal check or money order, please use our order form Click Here.

Terms:  We do not accept COD orders. All personal checks can be mailed to the address below. All checks must have your bank or credit union's telephone number written on the check so that funds can be verified. If funds cannot be verified your check may be held till funds clear, thus shipping may be delayed. A $20.00 fee will be charged for a returned check and must be paid before shipping occurs. For credit card orders taken manually via telephone, a $30 non-sufficient funds fee may apply if your credit card is denied.


Orders are shipped generally 1 week after order is placed and only once payment is received. If an item is on back order you will be notified immediately. We ship UPS which takes about 2-4 business days. For online orders shipping calculations are based on a percentage of your order total ranging from 12%-8%. For all orders placed over the phone we charge exact UPS shipping. For all orders paid by check or money order please see the chart on the right. All orders ship from Oakville, WA. For special rush deliveries or for shipping rates to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside of the United States, please email sales@holylamborganics.com.

NO PLASTIC PACKAGING POLICY: As a large volume manufacturer we have consciously chosen not to wrap our products in plastic, thereby saving a substantial amount of plastic consumables from the waste stream. Plastic is forever, it will not go away, there is no "away". We hope you can appreciate this choice though it is not the norm.


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here are our policies regarding returns. Please read through these policies before making a purchase because some items like mattresses are non-returnable and latex toppers have a restocking fee. Other than that our return policies are pretty standard. Here are the logistics:

Basic Return Policy: 30 Days With Authorization Code: All items (except mattresses) are returnable within 30 days from day the item is received as long as it follows the criteria below. Please call or email our office to receive an Authorization Code.

-Items must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. If you are considering returning an item we strongly recommend keeping the item in it's box and far away from any strong smelling scents including: perfume/cologne, plug-in air fresheners, strongly scented handcreams, strongly scented hand soaps, and other perfumed body care products. Any product returned with a "personal odor" will be considered "used" and not be eligible for return. You get the idea!

-Please keep in mind that we are a small company and are not able to resell bedding that has been returned "used". We are prohibited, by law, from reselling used bedding: therefore, it is incumbent and imperative upon you to comply with this law by not using the product in question that you wish to return. Thank you.

- We recommend you use a standard shipping carrier for your return label and obtain a tracking ID for your package. UPS will be the quickest shipper in our rural location.

- Ship all returns (UPS preferred) to: Holy Lamb Organics, 104 West Pine St, Oakville, WA 98568.

-Please allow 5-10 business days to inspect your return and process your refund or exchange.

- NO RETURNS on any used mattresses unless defective.
- NO RETURNS on any unused mattresses except the All Wool Mattress has a 15% restocking fee.
- Unused is defined as: Unwrapped and in original packaging.
- 90 Day Comfort Exchange: If you have a Natural Sense Latex mattress you can swap out any layer for a different firmness level within 90 days receipt of purchase.
- Comfort Adjustment:  For the Lincklaen 10" Latex model, you can order the other other firmness level if you don't like the current feel of the mattress.

For LATEX TOPPERS (Natural Sense): 
- NO RETURNS on any used latex toppers.
- If item is unused you can return the item for a 25% restocking fee.

For CLEARANCE Items: All sales final.

For CUSTOM Items: No order cancellations and all sales final.

For DEFECTIVE Items: If you believe to have a defective product please give our office a call to receive and Authorization Code within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods. You must send your return through a private company that provides a tracking service or with delivery confirmation through the U.S. Postal Service.

If Purchased Through One Of Our Retailers: If you purchased your Holy Lamb Organics product through a different online store or a brick and mortar store in your area, you must contact the original seller to arrange a return. The original seller will provide you with their return policy.

Our office is open during regular business hours Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST. You can also email us at any time at: sales@holylamborganics.com. Once you place an order, we will always send you an email confirmation within 24 business hours so that you know that we have received your order and all of the necessary information. At that time, we will also give you an expected shipping date. On the day your order is shipped, we will email you again to let you know your package is on it's way. Please contact us specifically about custom sizing, rush deliveries or shipping out of the country.
