2. Manually fill out your order and calculate the totals.
3. Use the shipping chart to calculate shipping costs.
4. Send Payment to: Holy Lamb Organics, PO Box 309, Oakville, WA 98568.
** Allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. We will contact you to confirm order when once payment is received.

Methods of Payment: Please send a personal check, certified check or money order. Personal checks will be held 2 weeks before shipping. To avoid this, please write your bank's phone number on the check so we can call and verify funds available. This will expedite shipping. A $20.00 service charge will be billed for checks that are returned.

Shipping & Shipping Cost: Shipping generaly occurs 1 week after payment is received or verified. All packages are shipped out of Olympia, WA and will take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. For the total cost of your purchase, please add the following amounts for shipping charges.

Up to $60 add $9.00 for shipping
 Up to $200 add $17.00 for shipping
Up to $100 add $11.00 for shipping
 Up to $250 add $20.00 for shipping
Up to $150 add $15.00 for shipping
 Over $300 add 7% of total

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please return goods within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You must obtain a return authorization code and items must be new, unlaundered and in original packaging. Postage and handling charges are not refundable for returns unless product is damaged or defective. We must be notified about damaged or defective items 10 days after receiveing the items in order to receive a refund. Pillows, comforters, and mattress tops are non-returnable items unless they are damaged or defective in which case you may be eligible for a refund, credit, or an exchange.
