Firmness Ratings:  The feel of this latex mattress is a Medium Firm (30-35 ILD). This firmness level is the most popular and suites the majority of people. If you think you might prefer a different firmness level please give our office a call and talk to one of our customer service specialists about the other options we have to offer at 888-359-1362. You may want to also look at the 10" Latex Pillowtop Mattress as it has 2 different firmness level options as well as a dual firmness where each side of the bed is different for partners who prefer different feels.

When to Choose a 7" or 10":  You may be undecided about which latex mattress height to choose 7" or 10". The general rule of thumb is: the bigger you are the more mattress you want. If you end up getting too thin of a mattress you can amend it by adding a latex topper after the fact.

Naturally Fire Retardant: How can we offer a mattress without fire retardant chemicals? That's a great question because you may know that ALL mattresses by law are required to be flame retardant for safety and therefore ALL mattresses (even organic cotton futon mattresses) contain a high quantity of chemical fire retardants. The secret to our mattresses is that they are wrapped in thick layers of Eco-Wool which make them naturally fire retardant. This is the most important feature of all the organic mattresses we offer.

Shipping: FREE if the mattress is delivered to our showroom at Holy Lamb Organics in Oakville, WA. If you are out of the area or prefer it delivered to your home then we offer Full Service Delivery which includes in home delivery of your mattress. It will be delivered to the specific room desired, as well as unwrapped, set in place and shipping debris removed.

Foundations: You can order a matching wood foundation. The Canadian Spruce foundation is handbuilt in upstate New York.  It has 17 slats for Queen & King Sizes and 15 slats for Twin & Full sizes. Made with Premium Eco-Wool (grown OR, milled Northern CA) , Organic Cotton fabric and batting (grown TX, woven Carolinas). Queen and King sizes come in 2 pieces for easy moving and shipping.
